Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
A2N provides HVAC services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of HVAC systems, as per the customer’s request.
2. Payment
a. The customer agrees to pay A2N the agreed-upon fees for services rendered.
b. Payment terms, including deposits, installment plans, and due dates, will be specified in the service agreement.
c. Additional costs may apply due to unforeseen circumstances or customer-requested changes.
3. Scheduling
a. Service appointments will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.
b. The customer must provide access to the premises for A2N to perform the necessary services.
4. Warranty
a. A2N guarantees that all services will be performed professionally and in line with industry standards.
b. Warranty coverage for parts and labor is subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
5. Liability
a. A2N is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries caused by HVAC system malfunctions unless due to provider negligence.
b. The customer is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the HVAC system after service completion.
6. Termination
a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms.
b. Termination does not exempt the customer from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to uncontrollable events, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the region where A2N operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per the local regulatory framework.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and overrides any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
10. Amendments
Any modifications to this agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
By availing of A2N’s services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
