At A2N, we are committed to providing high-quality HVAC systems and equipment. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds if the product has been correctly delivered and is free of defects.
  • A refund will only be processed in cases where there is a verified manufacturing defect in the product.
  • If eligible for a refund, the processing time for approval is 20-30 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method and banking policies.

 

Return Policy

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must report and claim it within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Returns are only accepted for products with a verified manufacturing defect and must comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

 

Restocking Fees

  • If a return is accepted but the product has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply.
  • This fee covers handling, processing, and preparing the product for resale.

 

Installation & Labor Costs

  • Installation and labor costs are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
  • Any additional services provided at the time of installation are also non-refundable.

 

Exclusions

  • Custom-made HVAC systems and special orders cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors is not covered under this policy.
